This study considered every network component, as well as security elements and expected sizing of the infrastructure and its further development. Once the Contact Center services will be moved to the new infrastructure, the on-premise contact center solution will then be dismantled.<\/p>\n<p>TechneValue has followed this international and large-scale project with an expert team, made up of a Senior Project Manager, a Senior Team Leader and Network and Routing experts.
