The BNL BNP Paribas Group in Rome relied on an on-premise contact center solution and decided to move to a cloud solution.
TechneValue has taken care of the Analysis and Design (High Level and Low Level) of the entire new voice infrastructure which is connected to their data centers in Paris. This study considered every network component, as well as security elements and expected sizing of the infrastructure and its further development. Once the Contact Center services will be moved to the new infrastructure, the on-premise contact center solution will then be dismantled.
TechneValue has followed this international and large-scale project with an expert team, made up of a Senior Project Manager, a Senior Team Leader and Network and Routing experts. Our team has directly managed project streams through best project management practice as defined by PMI: Project Planning, Documentation Planning, Communication Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Issues and Actions Management, During the project, we had to deal with different customer teams, as well as interfacing with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders.
